The voting members represent the following academic departments: 艺术 & 人文科学、数学 & 科学、商业 & 行业与健康 & 健康. 教师 members are elected in April to serve three-year terms. 每年, 教师 Senators elect a faculty member to be the presiding officer and serve as the 教师总统 for both 教师参议院 and 教师 Council.

Additional responsibilities include creating and/or amending institutional policies and appropriate procedures and to ensure implementation of 教师 Council and 教师参议院 legislation.

To foster a spirit of unity and cooperation as a participant along with the 教师参议院 and 学生参议院 in College governance.
To serve as an active communication link for meaningful information exchange between staff and administration relative to issues of mutual concern.
To provide open meetings to express, propose, represent, investigate, and debate issues. 员工参议院, acting as an official and responsible voice in College governance, will recommend action on issues that receive majority approval of the senators.
To advise the 总统 on working conditions and employment practices, 包括识别, 补偿, and other pertinent issues.
To promote awareness of opportunities and encourage staff involvement in the activities and operation of the College.
